The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at The Monocle Café in Marylebone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the café business, overseeing both the kitchen team and hosting the front of house. You will deputise for the café manager and be responsible for all aspects of managing the financial and operational elements of the business in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proven barista skills in a busy environment
  2. The ability to train and develop a team
  3. At least two years' experience of supervising a small, cohesive team and delivering an exceptional and unique customer experience within an independent environment
  4. An interest in the Monocle brand, with a genuine passion for interests relevant to Monocle, especially in relation to media, fashion, design, travel, and culture.
