This is a permanent position that requires a professional background in property, student accommodation, hospitality, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional resident experience through delivery of first-class customer service
  • Conduct resident viewings and tours
  • Undertake pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas
  • Log receipt and collection of customer parcels
  • Build security and resident administration in line with GDPR
  • Arrange and host events for residents
  • Log and report all Health and Safety tasks
  • Perform administrative duties, including producing system reports
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Awareness of H&S requirements on-site and ability to implement H&S on site
  • Flexibility, dedication to working well in a team, and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy
  • Proficient with common software, such as Microsoft/Windows
  • Experience with events desirable

This role will report to the Community Manager and requires a flexible approach, with one Saturday per month.
