We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our new Delivery PMO team in Worcester. This role will be responsible for delivering technology capability within Sanctuary Group, ensuring employees have access to the systems they need to perform their duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of PMO services, including planning, demand & resource management, programme assurance, and providing high-quality reporting to specific projects and programmes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group.
- Support planning and resource management & financial monitoring.
- Lead the collation and maintenance of Risk & Issue, Actions, and Dependency information.
- Contribute to establishing standardised processes across the portfolio.
- Work closely with Programme Management team.
- Provide guidance and training to the project delivery community and other stakeholders on PMO best practice.
