Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package includes a range of attractive benefits and services.
Job Description
We are seeking kind and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice nursing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
- Maintain high standards of care, adhering to NMC standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with multi-professional teams to deliver person-centred care.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing and valid UK NMC Pin qualification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
