We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the Parts and Workshop departments at Audi Hyde, a leading dealership part of Group 1 Automotive.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 basic, with an OTE of circa £40,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor repair and service progress, communicating with advisors on any delays.
  • Manage workshop capacity based on additional work requirements.
  • Ensure quality checks align with guidelines.
  • Provide feedback and monitor staff efficiency and quality.
  • Allocate work to qualified technicians.
