Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Quality Coordinator to join our team at the Leyland Facility, responsible for leading and managing the Maintenance Teams to achieve business objectives and improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a proven track record of delivering business improvements through efficiency gains in key KPI's such as quality, increased OEE, improved line efficiency, employee engagement, downtime, and waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Maintenance Teams to achieve business objectives and improve performance through efficiency gains in key KPI's.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Maintenance Team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 23 days annual leave, free life assurance, enhanced company sick pay, and a pension scheme with 6% employer contribution.
