About the Position:

Our Nutrition and Dining Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meal services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a residential care setting, providing delicious and nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

The successful candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking for large groups, with a strong focus on nutrition and presentation. You will be responsible for planning and preparing meals that meet the highest standards, working closely with our catering supplier, Apetito.

**Responsibilities:**

">

* Plan and prepare delicious meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents

">

* Work closely with our catering supplier, Apetito, to ensure that our menus meet the highest standards

">

* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines

">

* Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of meal services

">

**Requirements:**

">

* Experience in food preparation and cooking for large groups

">

* Strong knowledge of nutrition and menu planning

">

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

">

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

">

* NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in catering (or willingness to work towards)

">

**Compensation Package:**

">

* Competitive salary €25,000 - €31,000 per annum

">

* 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
