About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Governance Officer to join our team at MKC Training. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating quality assurance, compliance, and improvement systems across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating quality assurance, compliance, and improvement systems across MKC Training
- Leading, monitoring, and participating in a programme of systematic internal audits
- Coordinating ISO certification requirements and other external inspections
- Designing and implementing assurance and improvement awareness schemes
- Coordinating the piloting of new training courses or services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of Quality and Compliance Management systems, excellent communication and coordination skills, and experience in auditing and risk management.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £38,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options and flexible start/finish times
- An excellent benefits package, including six weeks pro-rata paid holiday, generous contributory pension, and funding for continuous professional development
