Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
This varied and interesting role will see you working closely with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organizing activities and events for Owners.
About YouWe are looking for someone with experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a similar background such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
You will be an outgoing and friendly person with a passion for excellent customer service, able to work independently and use your own initiative. You will also be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
