About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Child Care Worker to join our team at Clumber Lodge, a warm and welcoming family environment that provides high-quality care for children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of bespoke care plans for children and young people in our care.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager, Team Leaders, and Senior Child Care Workers to ensure the smooth running of the unit.
- Provide therapeutic support to children and young people, promoting their emotional well-being and helping them reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Diploma Level 3 for the Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
- Relevant residential expertise and experience working with children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties.

- A competitive salary of between £22,164 - £25,642 (up to £27,317 if qualified as a Social Worker).
