The HART Program is a innovative initiative that provides mobile critical care services to patients in rural areas. Our team is comprised of experienced healthcare professionals who work together to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical care services to patients in rural areas
  • Collaborate with rural clinicians to stabilize patients and transport them to higher levels of care
  • Support patient care at base hospitals
  • Work in a team environment to achieve excellent patient outcomes

About this Opportunity:

This is a casual opportunity, which means that hours are not guaranteed and may vary. However, casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions. In fact, many of our casual employees have gone on to secure regular employment with the Interior Health Authority.

Shifts and Scheduling:

Shifts will be scheduled days and nights, rotating from 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 hours. As a casual employee, you will have the flexibility to self-schedule your shifts.
