Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant - Patient Care to join our team at the Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient care and support under the direction of RNs and LPNs
- Follow established care plans and routines to deliver exceptional patient care
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote maximum independence for patients
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a recognized healthcare assistant program or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive hourly wage: $29.83
