Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our decarbonisation project in the Wiltshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a site team, ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget, monitoring health and safety on site, and liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a background in Social Housing, with experience of working on EWI/Roofing/Retrofit projects, and hold a relevant CSCS card, SMSTS, and valid First Aid. The salary on offer is between £42k - £45k + £4k car allowance or the option of a company car. This is a long-term contract with a healthy pipeline of work in the area for after the contract is finished. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a project that consists of the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, IWI, and Solar Panel installation to tenanted properties. **Key Responsibilities:**
