Job Title: Academy Site Manager

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our site teams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage site teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Develop and implement site plans and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in fire and security systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel to site locations
Qualifications:
  • CSCS card and electrical background/qualifications
  • Experience with alarms and CCTV installations
