Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, developing our team members, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Guest Experience: Champion our brand standards, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience. Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Operations and Administration: Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring our team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improving efficiency.
