Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and medical staff, to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and post-placement follow-up, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Utilise various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to source candidates and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with NHS trusts and other healthcare organisations participating in the RM6281 framework, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure all candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements, including professional registrations and background checks.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry trends, ensuring all recruitment activities comply with the latest standards and requirements.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on nursing and clinical staffing.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting within the NHS or public sector frameworks, particularly the RM6281 framework or similar.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and staffing requirements, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per annum
