  • Provide exceptional lifeguarding services to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of our aquatic facilities to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement effective emergency response plans to ensure the prompt and safe evacuation of members in the event of an emergency.
  • Collaborate with our Swim and Fitness Team to deliver high-quality aquatic programs and services that meet the needs of our members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest lifeguarding techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Current Lifeguard and First Aid qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
