Construction Site Lead
K & C Construction Limited is a well-established company that has grown to become one of the leading construction companies in Wales and the North West.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Lead to join our team at our Head Office location in St Asaph. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the construction industry and be able to lead site-based teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site-based teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including health and safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Lead or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £47,000 - £55,000 per annum.
