Reception Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Willesden, London.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and be able to create engaging lessons that promote teamwork and a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pastoral care to children in their first steps in EYFS, promoting a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Teach the EYFS curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and encouraging strengths and improvement.
  • Develop maths ability and introduce fractions, statistics, and geometry to children.
  • Help children develop their writing ability by creating stories with plots, characters, and settings.
  • Monitor children's progress and report back to parents as necessary.
