About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Practice Manager to lead our pharmacy team in St.Austell.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, with experience in team leadership, budgeting, and strategy development.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with the Area Manager to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and community partners.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, which includes a competitive package and benefits.
