We're seeking a skilled Lead UI Artist to lead a team of UI artists and designers on an unannounced project. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the project's user interface from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI/UX design, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary leadership team to inspire a team of UI artists, technical UI designers, and UX designers. The successful candidate will analyze user behavior and feedback data to inform design decisions and work effectively with other teams to bring the project to life.

This role is based at our Oxford headquarters, offering a creative and relaxed atmosphere where teamwork drives success. We provide relocation support, including moving assistance, temporary accommodation, and comprehensive assistance for a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the UI team in designing and refining UX/UI deliverables for the project.
  • Develop a UX strategy for a brand-new game, working closely with experts from the Design team.
  • Oversee the delivery and quality of the UI for the project, guiding and supporting UI designers, artists, and technical designers.
  • Create engaging UX/UI designs that meet the project's vision and goals.
  • Manage a small team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Possess a passion for video games and game development.
