Job Title: Ethical Compliance Program Manager

This role will be responsible for promoting and monitoring ethical practices within Perrigo's supply chain, while ensuring compliance with Perrigo's human rights commitments and ethical standards, as well as those of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ethical and Social Compliance (E&SC) auditing program support: Engage suppliers, customers, procurement, project teams, and other internal departments to coordinate and manage supplier E&SC Programs.
  • Coordinate and manage social audits and oversee and approve corrective actions.
  • Administer various E&SC related databases and systems, including Sedex, UL CAPA Portal, self-assessment questionnaires, internal dashboards, project plans, and more.
  • Audit tracking, schedule management, status reporting, supplier scorecard input, and stage gate project support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to suppliers, internal departments, and other stakeholders as needed to promote compliance and continuous improvement, collaborating as needed with international peers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a compliance, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business, compliance, or supply chain.
  • Strong project management and detailed tracking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A passion and aptitude for learning and staying at the forefront of the Ethical and Social Compliance arena.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Sedex, BSCI, and other social auditing tools/standards is strongly preferred.
  • Social auditing experience and/or an accreditation is desirable.
  • International business experience is desirable.
