Job Summary

This position involves providing high-quality care and treatment to patients with cancer, working closely with the healthcare team to deliver effective patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications to patients in their homes
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond to any changes or concerns
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current nursing registration and a valid PIN
  • Experience in oncology nursing, preferably in a community setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £38,890 - £44,041 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
