Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Spa Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the Spa team, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Develop and implement team building strategies to foster a strong and harmonious team spirit.
  • Support staff induction, training, and evaluation to ensure consistent learning and motivation.
  • Lead by example, exhibiting excellent front-of-house and customer care skills.
  • Maintain inventory levels, place professional orders, and accurately forecast the spa's needs.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in spa management within a large, busy spa operation.
  • Treatment background, including NVQ level 2 & 3 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven people management skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 or equivalent industry-related qualifications.
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
  • Work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
  • Fast-paced movements, occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing.
