We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Burgh Island Hotel.

This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth within the company, ideal for individuals with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a knowledge of food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area
  • Help with bartending duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week

  • Live-in accommodation available, subject to availability, at £25.00 per week
