Expert Claims Professional

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our Domestic Major Loss team in London or Redhill. As a Claims Handler, you will work closely with our adjusters to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and handling of complex domestic claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Preparing and maintaining electronic files to a high auditable standard
- Liaising with other internal product lines and departments as required
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and completing case enquiries
- Providing assistance on site, including minute taking and preparation of action plans
Requirements:
- First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, with the ability to maintain electronic files to a high standard
- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
