Job Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Operations Coordinator at a leading civil engineering firm in Bristol. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing documentation, contracts, and invoices. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our operations run smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including managing documentation, contracts, and invoices.* Assist in project cost tracking and reporting to ensure budgets and timelines are met.* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.* Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative experience, ideally in a construction or engineering environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning industry-specific software. A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently is a must.
