Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resoucing in Oldham. This role is responsible for supporting month-end processes, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing supplier payment runs.
About the RoleThis is a fast-paced environment with a growing business offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 dependent on experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, 2 x salary life insurance, and a 3% company pension contribution.
Responsibilities:- Support month-end processes, including preparation and posting of prepayments and accruals
- Reconcile bank accounts daily and at month end
- Reconcile Inter-Company statements to the ledger and process monthly Inter Company Payments
- Prepare mid-month and monthly supplier payment runs and input ad-hoc online banking payments
- Update and post cash book entries for all bank accounts and invoice discounting accounts
- Maintain and monitor customer credit insurance
- Reconcile supplier accounts to supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
- Process credit notes and resolve queries
- Review customer accounts to ensure they are within credit limits
- Reconcile physical stock levels and stock lines
- Competitive salary of up to £25,000 dependent on experience (£23,191 average salary)
