Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resoucing in Oldham. This role is responsible for supporting month-end processes, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing supplier payment runs.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced environment with a growing business offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 dependent on experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, 2 x salary life insurance, and a 3% company pension contribution.

Responsibilities:
  • Support month-end processes, including preparation and posting of prepayments and accruals
  • Reconcile bank accounts daily and at month end
  • Reconcile Inter-Company statements to the ledger and process monthly Inter Company Payments
  • Prepare mid-month and monthly supplier payment runs and input ad-hoc online banking payments
  • Update and post cash book entries for all bank accounts and invoice discounting accounts
  • Maintain and monitor customer credit insurance
  • Reconcile supplier accounts to supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
  • Process credit notes and resolve queries
  • Review customer accounts to ensure they are within credit limits
  • Reconcile physical stock levels and stock lines
