We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our students. As a specialist teacher, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, while also developing and implementing behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
About the School
Our school provides a supportive environment for approximately 35 pupils, allowing them to thrive and reach their full potential. With a core team of experienced staff, including a Head of School and Deputy Head of School, the school prides itself on its commitment to providing high-quality education and care to its students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Design and deliver a curriculum that promotes social and emotional learning, resilience, and mental well-being
- Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support
Requirements
- QTS/QTLS qualification or equivalent
- Degree or equivalent
- Maths and English to at least level 2
- Specialist teaching qualification in a chosen subject (desirable)
Salary and Benefits
