Cruise Travel Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cruise Travel Consultant to join our team at Higher People LTD. As a boutique recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for our clients, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in cruise sales, ideally in luxury cruises. They will be responsible for selling luxury cruise holidays across ocean, river, and expedition forms, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell luxury cruise holidays across ocean, river, and expedition forms
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, plus uncapped commission bonuses. The top performers can earn an extra £1,000 - £2,000 per month. We also offer a flexible working schedule, with 40 hours per week across 5 days, and the opportunity to work from home.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience in cruise sales, ideally in luxury cruises
  • A track record of outstanding sales results
  • A flexible individual who can work in a team
  • A solid understanding of basic mathematics
  • Customer-focused with a relentless approach to providing a world-class pre and post-booking experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a dedication to continuous learning and improvement
