Assembly Operative Job Description

Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking an experienced Assembly Operative to join our client's team in Goole, Yorkshire. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for performing fast-paced assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies, assembling parts, semi-products, or components according to plan, and conducting quality sight checks or checks on functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
  • Assemble parts, semi-products, or components according to plan
  • Conduct quality sight checks or checks on functionality
  • Use specialized tools to assemble and inspect products

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production operative, assembly operative, or shop floor position
  • Good eye for detail and ability to work accurately
  • Health and safety conscious and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships

What We Offer:

Competitive pay rates starting at £14.24 per hour (PAYE), with overtime available at x1.5. Adecco is a disability-confident employer and committed to building a supportive environment for all candidates.
