We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team at Bistrot Pierre - South. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and high levels of customer service, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Help manage costs and meet the forecast set out in the budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Support the management of all restaurant staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the high standards of our business.
- Encourage a positive culture throughout the team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Train, monitor, and communicate with the Assistant Manager and Shift Leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Experience managing a team within a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success.
