**About the Job:**

We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

  • Driving business growth and development across the UK market
  • Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions

About You:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the manufacturing sector
  • A strong understanding of the workholding solutions market and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Fully licensed to drive in the UK and able to travel regularly
