Recruitment Consultant Role at Elevation Recruitment Group
We are seeking ambitious and hardworking individuals to join our expanding team as Recruitment Consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Account Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing market-leading tools and networks to identify and attract top talent for our clients.
- Interviewing and Screening: Conducting thorough interviews and screenings to ensure the best candidates are presented to clients.
- Sales and Service Meetings: Building strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Industry Events and Networking: Attending key industry events and networking opportunities to stay up-to-date on market trends and build relationships with potential clients and candidates.
- Advice and Guidance: Providing expert advice to candidates and clients on market trends, salaries, pay rates, training, and career progression.
