Ambitious Opportunity for a German Athlete Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a German Athlete Executive. As a key member of our Athlete Programme, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting new German athletes, managing existing relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience between AYBL and its athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new German athletes to join AYBL's Athlete Programme.
- Skilfully manage existing relationships with athletes, providing a flawless experience through email, video calls, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure all agreed terms of athlete contracts are completed to the best of your ability.
- Collaborate with other departments to assist in executing campaigns, content creation, photoshoots, and events.
- A commission structure is in place for identifying, signing, and successfully managing athletes.
Requirements:
- Communicate new product launches, restocks, sales, and events to athletes, ensuring they have the correct and up-to-date information to share with their audience.
- Manage athletes with regular emails, texts, video calls, and phone calls to provide the best experience and help them be successful.
- Ensure the influencer database and documents are kept up to date.
- Attend campaign photoshoots and events with athletes as required, assisting in planning and preparation.
- Work with athletes, managers, and/or agencies to negotiate contracts and payment terms to maximise opportunities on behalf of AYBL.
- Provide feedback to your line manager on athlete performance.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Passion for the fitness/athleisure industry.
- Passion for social media, identifying trends, and new emerging athlete/talent.
- Keen interest in marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive.
