About the Role

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a highly skilled Nightshift Quality Advisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Nightshift Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the HAL Employer's Requirements for Quality Management are followed at H7 Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work nightshifts on a permanent basis, with occasional dayshifts required.
  • Assist the H7 Quality Manager in implementing quality control and assurance measures.
  • Primary point of contact for quality control and assurance aspects on site.
  • Facilitate quality inductions and reinforce the Quality Culture.
  • Ensure Inspection and Test Plans are accepted before work starts.
  • Review and maintain inspection and Test plans and relevant quality forms.
  • Coordinate quality documentation and implement quality requirements.
  • Review and manage the H&S File and submit it as required.
  • Promote and maintain the Right First Time/continuous improvement culture on site.
  • Initiate, monitor, and record corrective actions and control non-conformances.
  • Perform root cause analysis and investigate defects and other quality-related issues.
  • Review, update, and distribute Works Package Quality documents.
  • Maintain the Quality verification plan and applicable Quality Registers.
  • Assist during audits and compile relevant documentation.
  • Update and maintain the project Common Data Environment.

Requirements:

  • Cooperative and committed individual.
  • Production Civil/Building Engineering background as Site Engineer or similar.
  • Experience in Aviation sector and knowledge of systems required for Airport operation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at various levels.
  • Valid CSCS card to enable site work.
