Job Title: Nightshift Quality Advisor

About the Role:

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a highly skilled Nightshift Quality Advisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Nightshift Quality Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work night shifts on a permanent basis, with occasional day shifts as required.
  • Assist the H7 Quality Manager in implementing the Employer's Requirements for Quality Management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality control and assurance aspects on site.
  • Facilitate quality inductions and reinforce the Quality Culture through engagement with the team.
  • Coordinate quality documentation and ensure its implementation.
  • Review and maintain inspection and test plans, and relevant quality forms.
  • Initiate, monitor, and record corrective actions and control of non-conformances.
  • Perform root cause analysis and investigate defects and other quality-related issues.
  • Update and maintain the project Common Data Environment.

Requirements:

  • Cooperative and committed individual with a Production Civil/Building Engineering background.
  • Experience in the Aviation sector, with knowledge of systems required for Airport operation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at various levels within Ferrovial.
  • Valid CSCS card to enable site work.
