**Responsibilities**
• Perform daily systems monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
• Conduct daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up.
• Implement new hardware, software, and upgrades to maintain efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to provide technical oversight on design and review of new solutions.
• Assist with the identification, evaluation, and specification of new technologies to drive business growth.
• Maintain and adhere to IT Technical standards when designing new technology solutions.
• Ensure information handling aligns with the firm's policies and procedures.
• Encourage a security-conscious culture within the firm to protect assets and data.
• Support the firm in achieving its security objectives and compliance requirements.
• Adhere to firm's health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
**Skills and Qualifications**
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Infrastructure role.
• Server management and maintenance expertise in a Windows Server Environment.
• Proven experience of creating, adapting, and following Best Practice procedures.
• Proficiency in NetApps, VMWare SRM HA and FT, SQL Administration, SCCM for application and patch deployment, Qualys Vulnerability Scanning software, and Network management and maintenance.
**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
