About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability at Agility Resourcing. As Controller of Financial Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, and forecasting.

  • You will lead a high-performing finance team to deliver accurate financial information, identify areas for improvement, and drive business decisions.
  • With your expertise in financial analysis and planning, you will develop and implement effective financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • A strong communicator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on financial matters and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Lead a high-performing finance team to deliver accurate financial information and support business decisions.
  3. Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
  4. Work closely with the Financial Controller of the company's Australian subsidiary.
  5. Maintain accurate product costings and improve profitability by identifying and tackling inefficiencies and waste in the production cycle.
  6. Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, investigating and reporting variances.
  7. Prepare year-end accounts and audit pack.
  8. Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
  9. Manage the Finance Department to ensure resources are utilized as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  10. Continuous monitoring and auditing of gross margins.
