Job Overview

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Adult Senior Practitioner to join their East Locality Team in Enfield. This permanent position involves working full-time, with opportunities for hybrid and flexible working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making appropriate use of local, departmental, and independent resources to achieve optimal outcomes for service users.
  • Contributing to the professional development of colleagues within the specialist area of practice.
  • Carrying out duties within a quality and equalities framework, based on Council policy, performance targets, professional standards, and best practice.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken and written English.
  • Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Work England, ideally with a minimum of four years post-qualifying practice, with a strong emphasis on physical disability, safeguarding, and care management.
  • Demonstrated highly skilled professional competence in social work practice, using extensive practice knowledge and working within agreed standards of best practice and codes of conduct.
