Job Title: Medical Affairs Specialist

Merz Aesthetics UK and Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical affairs team, you will be responsible for providing internal and external scientific services to support the development and commercialization of our aesthetic medicine products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific support to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to stay up-to-date on the latest medical and scientific developments in aesthetic medicine.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement medical education programs and materials.
  • Conduct literature reviews and provide scientific input to support product development and commercialization.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a life science or related field.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a focus on medical affairs or scientific services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and simplify complex medical messages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Registered Pharmacist or Physician with medical final signatory status.
