Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of social workers in the duty and assessment process
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of assessment and support plans
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide guidance and support to social workers to ensure high-quality practice

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work (CQSW/DipSW or equivalent)
  • Post-qualified experience in children and/or young people services, particularly in assessment
  • Current professional registration with Social Work England
  • Full clean driving license
  • Enhanced DBS
