Advanced Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team as a Band 7 Clinical Lead. As a specialist in occupational therapy, you will be responsible for delivering advanced clinical assessments and treatments to a caseload of adult and paediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical education programs for less experienced therapists, students, and support workers.
- Collaborate with the Physiotherapy Clinical Lead to drive forward departmental initiatives and facilitate change to achieve our vision of helping people achieve their potential.
- Provide day-to-day management and clinical supervision for team members, including therapists and rehabilitation assistants.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team steering groups, working groups, and networking opportunities across the South East.
