As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of SEND strategies, ensuring all children receive the best possible care and attention.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in SENCO or a related field
  • Substantial experience working in secondary schools, particularly in SEND roles
  • An excellent understanding of EHCP processes and procedures

Salary Range

We estimate that this role comes with a salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
