Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and appropriate use of medicines.
  • Advise on the safe management of medicines across the hospital and its departments, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
  • Promote a patient-focused multidisciplinary approach to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Requirements
  • GPhC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Current oncology experience and a minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience in a hospital environment at ward level.
  • Clinical diploma desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ideal candidate will be accredited with BOPA digital SACT passport or have suitable background in clinical screening of SACT to support accreditation.
  • Ideal candidate will be a current member of BOPA.
Working Hours and Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Competitive rates offered to bank colleagues who work on a flexible basis to cover busy periods, sickness, or annual leave.
