Dedicated SEN Teaching Support Team Member Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Support Team Member to join our team at Academics Ltd.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with pupils with Autism in a Primary School environment, providing individualized support and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with their educational and personal needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and teaching staff.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Assist with lesson delivery and participate in planning, preparation, and assessment activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students with Autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree or relevant qualifications in Education or related field.
