Your Role

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer who walks through our doors has a positive and memorable experience.

  • Lead the Team: You will coordinate your colleagues to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Customer Focus: Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and efficiently with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Teamwork & Development: Support your colleagues by providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
