Media Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our Sport24 team at Endeavor. As a key member of our channels team, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of media management, including sending MSA bookings, sourcing filler content, and archiving server delete lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Management: Send MSA bookings to Production Services, source and view filler content for transmission, and maintain accurate archiving and server delete lists.
- Short and long-form data entry into Provys: Enter series and episode information, as well as promos, adverts, bumpers, idents, stings, and filler content.
- Reporting and Inventory Management: Create reports on asset usage for clients, update inventories, and maintain accurate lists of media deliveries and availabilities.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Cover Planning and Presentation Schedulers' holidays and sickness, and perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience working in a role with multiple duties.
- Experience using Provys scheduling system (or equivalent) and an understanding of broadcast channels.
- Interest in sport and commercial content, with the ability to respond to and manage the varying demands of a busy channel.
- Highly organized and able to communicate effectively, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Skilled team player with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
