About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sport24 team as a Media Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the channels team in all aspects of media management, including sending MSA bookings to Production Services, sourcing and viewing filler content for transmission, and archiving and server delete lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Management: Sending MSA bookings to Production Services, sourcing and viewing filler content for transmission, archiving and server delete lists
  • Short and long form data entry into Provys: Series and episodes, promos, adverts, bumpers, idents, stings, filler
  • Creating reports for asset usage for clients, updating inventories and making lists, monitoring media deliveries and availabilities
  • Ad hoc duties, such as covering Planning and Presentation Schedulers' holidays and sickness

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of working in a role with multiple duties
  • Experience of using Provys scheduling system (or equivalent)
  • An understanding of broadcast channels
  • Interest in sport and commercial content
  • The ability to respond to and manage the varying demands of a busy channel
  • Highly organized and able to communicate well
  • Able to multi-task
  • Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent, relevant working experience
  • Excellent time management
  • Skilled in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Skilled team player and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Positive, professional, and keen approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
