Adult Rehabilitation Therapist Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Adult Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Groveside School in Berkshire. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

You will work closely with clinicians to develop bespoke assessment and intervention plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users. With your expertise in data management, you will also contribute to the efficient operation of our team.

About the Job

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires close collaborative working with clinicians
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Up to £53,200 (pro rata, dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs
  • Work systemically within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Progress OT specific therapeutic services, supporting individuals with autism and associated conditions

Requirements

  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Substantial post-qualification experience with adults
  • Skills in data management
